Executive Assistant – Part Time

As part of a professional hard working client focused team you will be providing executive level support and coordination to the CEO. The EA performs a full range of administrative and operational support functions and be heavily involved in assisting with business operations, recruitment, marketing, facilities and event management duties.

The Role:
  • Provide administration support to the CEO
  • Assist with coordinating marketing activities
  • Maintain and assist in administering the company’s recruitment function (including candidate screening)
  • Organise company events, team social activities and conferences
  • Liaise with external supplier for the management of office facilities and supplies
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a support role within an IT company or professional services firm
  • Strong customer focus and communication skills
  • Self-motivation, a strong work ethic and enthusiasm for change
  • Experience with recruitment and recruitment activities and processes
  • High attention to detail
  • Highly effective project management skills
  • Demonstrated knowledge of IT concepts and/or industry is desirable
